Welcome to Intalgent. Since 2000, we’ve been helping companies solve their common and toughest problems through the creative application of technology. My goal of the site is to introduce you to who we are, what we value and what we do.

Before starting Intalgent, I saw many organizations, burdened by archaic systems, struggle to make off-the-shelf software meet their unique needs. Many organizations were, and still are, hesitant to invest in custom solutions. Long development cycles, costly overruns and a low industry success rate (85% of all software projects fail) are the primary reasons many companies make long-term commitments to package solutions. 

Our use of Agile methods to develop software, while not unique in the industry, has enabled us to break out of the typical software industry mold. Our clients start seeing benefits in weeks, not months or years, a radical change for many. An Agile approach offers greater flexibility during the development lifecycle than traditional methods, enables greater client involvement and incorporates constant feedback. The results deliver innovative, effective solutions that are ontime and on budget.

Our development approach is coupled with a fierce commitment to our client relationships. We consider our clients partners. By merging the talents and insights of our clients with our team, the highly collaborative process has resulted in several innovative projects and a high satisfaction rate.

However, like most service companies, we’re only as good as our people. My personal journey -- as a entrepreneur, manager, software developer, husband and father -- continues. My team’s continued desire to find new and better ways to deliver value to our business, our clients and to our industry is what drives our success.
