Our Engagement Model consists of the following steps:
- Assessment - Intalgent evaluates the project's objectives within the context of the identified operational environment to determine project risks, threats, opportunities, and specific technical/functional requirements.
- Planning and Design - The functional requirements, an outcome of the assessment phase, are translated into a set of strategies and design specifications to establish the roadmap for development initiatives.
- Development and Validation - The development roadmap is executed and the solution is validated within a test environment.
- Deployment and Operations - The implemented and validated solution is deployed into a production environment and Intalgent establishes operations support and management.
